AVI is no longer rendering with uncompressed option
As title says, AVI Uncompressed produces highly compressed videos.
See the screenshot for bppf value of 2 videos rendered from the same project as AVI Uncompressed - in iClone 8 and iClone 7
0.003 is an extremely low value and cannot represent not only uncompressed but even a decent quality video render.
