Issue 11955
Character motion track disappears after Viseme track is added and "Show all audio track" button clicked.
I add a character, drag in a motion onto the timeline. Works fine. There is a motion track visible in the timeline.

If I then use the Motion Live plugin to perform face capture and use the 'Audio for Viseme' option a new Viseme tack is created. The motion track for the character is still there - at this stage.

As soon as you click the "Show all audio track" button in the timeline window, the Viseme track appears and the motion track disappears - never to be seen again. Doesn't matter what display options I choose, that motion track never reappears.

I can't drag a new motion clip onto the timeline because there is not motion track.

I can drag a new motion clip onto the character, and a keyframe appears in the Viseme track where the motion track should start. However, because the motion track is now gone, I can't do anything to the track.

That menu button wasn't working any more either but I was able to resolve the issue. It is display related. When I clicked the Maximize button in the top right corner of the timeline, the timeline expanded to a size bigger than my screen and all the items that had disappeared suddenly reappeared. I had to reduce the % of text and apps in my windows display settings so that the timeline would fit on the screen again. Without doing the expand, the drop down buttons next to items and character names (the one you suggested) did not do anything and appeared to no longer be working.

Thank you for your feedback.
We understand the issue you're encountering where the motion track disappears after using the "Audio for Viseme" function with Motion Live.

Could you please try clicking the button next to your character (as shown in the image below), then open the dropdown menu and check the "Motion" option? This should make the motion track visible again.

Please note that when "Show All Audio Tracks" is enabled, the Motion track is hidden by default. We hope this helps you bring the motion track back into view.
