Unable to use the 'Edit in Character Creator' function for avatars/characters unless CC5 is installed.
Previously worked for CC4.

I have CC4 and it used to work until I updated to 8.6.
Why can't it open the version of Character Creator that is installed?
I don't know when I will be able to purchase CC5.
