Glow settings offset and broken whenever glow is present

Steps:

1. Open iClone
2. create primitive shape>cube
3. Go to Visual and enable HDR effect
4. turn brightness threshold all the way down.
5. Notice offset ghosting effect. Glow is not present on the object itself. This affects anything with glow, including particles. It is making it impossible to render in iClone.

OS: Windows 11
