Hi, my name is nabilah and I'm from malaysia. I am animation student that been using this iclone software about 1/2 years.

My problem is right now, when I done install my iclone 7 I will get these and it really pissed me off. I have been doing this many times uninstall and install iclone 7 and even uninstall character creator and iclone 3dexchange but the result still the same. I'm really-really looking forward to your solution as I desperately needed my iclone 7 to be downloaded immediately. Please, I really need my iclone 7 to be put on my laptop

C:\Users\%username%\Documents\RLLauncher.log

Please provide the following items with your next comment to help us identify the problem, and BE SURE TO SELECT "Private Comment" TO KEEP THEM PRIVATE.
1. the RLLauncher.log file
2. the link to the screen video
3. your iClone serial number
4. the email of the account you used to login Reallusion Hub and download iClone.
