Issue 12179
Toon and Neutral rigs no longer function, pop-up window about CC5 appears
The Toon and Neutral basic rigs no longer function when selected, and a pop-up window talking about CC5 appears, and you have an OK button or a More button to choose from, the More button takes you to a forum post about CC5 compatibility. As I just updated to CC 4.6 I would like to know if anything is being done to address this?

Hi BusyShadows, 
Since CC4.6 does not support content with data added in CC5.0, please make sure the files you are using were downloaded from a version prior to CC4.6 and have not been re-saved in IC8.6 or CC5.0 (ensure the files are from the older version).
If you are certain your files are from before CC4.6 but the issue persists, please provide the problematic files for us to check. Please upload it to a cloud drive (like Google Drive) and reply with the download link. You can set the link as private if you'd prefer.
