failed to save project
when i attempt to save a project on my desktop (which has windows 11) the project doesn't always save completely, somehow the data of files gets corrupted.

now when i do the same on my laptop (which has windows 10) the files saves no matter how large the file is.

my projects in iclone is usally 3-5GB. i

the issue started with version 8.52, and that file in the drop bix is the original file that caused the most issue, the files appear to save corrupted, and i don't know that it is corrupted until i attempt to reopen the file. if i create the file on  my laptop (which has windows 10) i can save and rewrite with no issuses. now if try to reopen a file (like the file in the dropbox) with my laptop, they will not open. so I will get that .dmp file from my desktop if it exists and get that to you

You can find your .dmp file in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\CrashDumps (this file is only generated when iClone crashes).Additionally, we would like to request the original project file you were using previously.

From our understanding, this is the file that could still be successfully saved on Windows 11 when using version 8.52, before you updated to 8.53. (If you were already unable to save the file on Windows 11 even in version 8.52, please let us know.)
The file you've currently provided on Dropbox (gabe-bus-scene.iProject) is the one that cannot be saved on Windows 11 after the 8.53 update, but can still be saved on Windows 10?

wherever do I access the .dmp file? I also have another file that would not open stored on my Dropbox the link is in support ticket   section it is the 3rd mist recent.
