iClone 8.62.4523.1 Face Puppet -> "There is no matching profile for the target character CC5 HD"
Trying to use Face Puppet for my character using HD Eyes and CC5 HD Facial profile:

"Due to insufficient data of the target character, sliders of the Face Key and Face Puppete panels may be partially disabled. Use Character Creator to fill out the expression data."

Hello, be sure your character has at least 1 level of subdivision in CC. I don't know why Face Puppet was blocked with sub 0.

You may try reinstalling the CC5 Character Pack and reapplying the CC5 HD Facial Profile to your character, which may help resolve the issue.

If the problem persists, we would recommend reinstalling both iClone and Character Creator to ensure all related components are properly configured.
