For the past couple of weeks, the Auto Setup script has not been working correctly in both 3ds Max 2023 and 2025. It consistently freezes at 40% during the process and fails to complete. Additionally, it generates strange textures with numeric labels instead of the actual textures. I did let it run over night and when I came back to check in the morning, everything was still frozen.
I reached out to support previously and was advised to remove and reinstall the script, which I did. Unfortunately, the issue persists in both versions of 3ds Max — the script remains non-functional.
Could you please provide a working solution or a fix? I've attached some screenshots for your reference.
