HI Howard! It happened again, to a completely unrelated file, so I did as you asked, just as you described above. No luck. Here is a Google Drive link, with the problem CC4 problem file, but only a DRMLog file for iClone, because there wasn't one for CC (which strikes me as being a bad thing?). I included a screenshot of the folder with path, in case I got that wrong somehow. Hi,3DChick Thanks for your feedback. You can go to Menu > Help & Click " Activate Unpurchased Item " check if the watermark is still there. If the watermark still there please close character creator first, then use the reg file it call "CC4 EnableLogOn" from the link below. After that, reopen character creator and load the file that's causing the watermark. And then go to this location:%localappdata%/reallusion and find files with the .drmlog extension, file name is " CharacterCreator.2025xxxx_xxxx.DRMLog ", we need that file to find out the cause of the problem. After that, please close character creator then use the reg file it call "CC4 EnableLogOff". And then please provide the file to help us identify the problem. Attach the file in your next comment. If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.
