FBX Fails to load in 8.61

Hello.. Im having issues with loading normal FBXs that were loading before the 8.61 update...

every time i try to load a second fbx..it will crash...

I have also had crashes when i want to simply align a bone to match the previous clip.. i cannot reproduce this one though..
