HD Characters lag/crash PC, UE Live link/FBX export Metahuman distortion

When I work with CC5 or HD character, after few minutes PC starts laging, then totally freezes (hard reset is needed).

Live link to Metahuman or exported fbx causes weird bones distortions (broken foot fingers, narrow shoulders etc)

specs Win11, i9, RTX5090. 96 GB RAM (IC_8.6)

OS: Windows 11
