I have two legit accounts. One private and one owned by my employer. Licenses are OK and paid for using each separate user account. Shouldn't be an issue?
I can log in to both without a hitch, both from the Hub and also via Account pages. I am looking at my orders from both accounts, and no problems there.
However, when opening iClone 8 or Character Creator 4 from my company's member account, I receive this message and the content manager etc. is disabled. But not the Hub, as it is stated in the message.
Please help me out here - I have a task that needs to be delt with asap.
