iClone crashes when importing FBX files.

iClone crashes when importing FBX files. When I import OBJ files, there is no problem! The problem is only with FBX!

iClone keeps crashing when importing and exporting FBX. The crashes started after I updated to the latest version of iClone 8.53.4010.1 or 8.53.4017.1

There is no meaning to the file. Every FBX file, when imported and exported, crashes without warning iClone!!!

If possible, Could you provide us with your operation video and the FBX file you used? 

If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment. You can use Private Comment if you want to keep it private.
