iClone crashes when importing FBX files.

iClone crashes when importing FBX files. When I import OBJ files, there is no problem! The problem is only with FBX!

OS: Windows 10

Now I realized that I also have a problem with the FBX file export. The export reaches 81% and iClone crashes! Interestingly, I don't have this problem on my other computer!
My computer specs are:
Intel Core i7-7700K 4.20 GHz, 32GB, GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB
