Every time I attempt to export an FBX file from iClone8 (version 8.53), the program crashes at around 85% completion. The textures and the .fbm file are exported successfully, but the FBX file is not.
I have already tried several solutions, including updating the GPU drivers and Windows, reinstalling iClone, and cleaning up storage space, but none of these methods have worked. I even created a new project in iClone with just a basic 3D prop (Sphere) and tried exporting again. Unfortunately, iClone still crashes during export. I tested with both the Unity 3D preset and the Maya preset, but neither setting resolved the issue.
In the Task Manager, iClone shows "No response" when the exporting process reaches around 80%, and shortly afterward, the program status changes to "Suspended."
I am using Windows 10 and would greatly appreciate any solutions or advice you might have.

We've had other users encounter the same issue, and a possible solution has been identified.
The likely cause is that your computer's Windows security is registering iClone as a virus.
To resolve this, please go to Windows Protection settings and add iClone.exe as an allowed application under Controlled Folder Access.

Additionally, it is quite unusual for Windows to identify iClone as a virus. Therefore, we would like to know which antivirus software is installed on your computer. We hope to specifically test and configure settings for that particular antivirus program.

Hi, I have been trying to figure out the solution but it is not fixed yet.
So far, I tried to re-install iClone to C drive.
I also did full virus scan, sfc scan, and toggled firewall settings but none of them was working.
Last time I mentioned that I couldn't apply the animation.
It was fixed by not opening iClone as administrator.
But then, importing and exporting fbx is still not working.
I would appreciate if there are any updates for this problem.
