One of my buyers reached out and said they wanted me to add a trial avalible for some of my content. I make sure everything has "trial" checked and also looked at the content on it does show "trial" checked as well, however, the trial option is not showing up?? See attached screen shots...More

Hello,
When I open CC3 to the Default Project, the character's skin is shaded with dashed grey lines. This shading resolves when I zoom in close enough.
I have no idea how to correct this and so have no attempts to report....More

It would be cool to have the possibility to define a custom folder for all custom assets (clothes, etc.) so I can sync it in a cloud folder so that I do not lose data and can migrate to other systems (i.e., my notebook) easily....More

Nails are not properly converted from CC1 to CC3+ base. They do look terrible.
Technically, it might be correct for the way nails were made in CC1 base, but it is far from CC3 standard.
Moreover, I think during conversion standard CC3 nails should be applied disregarding the initial length...More

I think it would be awesome to be able to increase the default polycount for the character.
For example, when I import characters in UE4, the close-up body seems a bit blocky due to the lack of polygons, although they look great in CC3 due to the subdivision function, but the exported characters...More

Opening from desktop shortcut OR Reallusion HUB crashes and freezes on Default project.
I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled to another clean drive and have the same issue.
